We are so excited to ogle over your wedding and to share it with other couples looking for local or destination wedding inspiration and submitting it is as easy as sending me an email and a few photographs.

As you probably know we love weddings that are filled with love, emotion, culture, traditions and something a little unique. We love to see personal weddings, intimate elopements, special moments and individual style, we want to know who YOU are and what is important to you through your wedding stories, not what you love on Pinterest.

Here are a few hints and tips on how to make a great submission to 2people1life.

Send us personal images.

If you are unsure which to choose, as your photographer for the image they class as ‘The ONE’. It will never be a photograph of your cake, or of your table décor, it will be a photograph of a memorable moment, an emotion and most likely, of you! Go from there in your image selection.

Tell us about your day.

Ramble on as MUCH as you like. We would love to hear the inspiration for your day, why you got married, why you did it the way you did, who made it possible. Tell us all the little things that made your day special to you, the memorable moments, the order of your day, did you sign your legal document the same day as you had your wedding, what you would change, would you do it all again and renew your vows? Every. single. thing! You can even nominate a ‘drunken uncle award’ if you like!

Tell us about your wedding specialists.

We are ALL about the people so add your specialists names and websites so we can spread the love for the special individuals that helped you create your perfect day.

Step one.

Email lisa@2people1life.com with the information below.

Please use your full name and country and the word submission in the subject line. Ie. Lisa Gant-England-Submission.

Step Two

Upload 5 – 10 medium size (1 mb max per image, minimum 1000px wide) images from your wedding to Dropbox via lisa@2people1life.com Please name the file with your full name and country and the word submission.

If you don’t have Dropbox you can email them over 2-3 emails. Max 3mb per email. But you will owe me a drink.

You can ask your photographer for help with this if you are unsure.

Step Three

Once we receive your email and images we will review the initial information and get back to you with any further questions and a request for more images and video if available.

It is important to note that as a couple you must have permission from your photographer and videographer to use their images for your wedding submission to 2people1life.

As a wedding specialist you must have permission from your couple to submit their wedding photographs or video with 2people1life.

Whilst we love seeing every single wedding submitted to us and hearing your stories, we cannot feature every single wedding we receive. We will always aim to get back to you within 14 days either way and will let you know once your wedding, if successful, is live on the site.
