Our project is established but our site is new and although we have weddings specialists in over 60 countries it’s going to take time to get everyone on the ship. We loved every second of our amazing, wonderful, unique Embera Tribe wedding and cannot thank Anne and the village enough for welcoming us into their lives and their homes. We welcome you all to a big place in our hearts!

…..and now for something completely different!…. I knew it was going to be a unique experience when you were clamouring onto the canoe-type boat and going up the river. What a sight to see the people awaiting your arrival and so readily participating in your ceremony. It was really good to have the video to accompany your blog this time as it gave a real feel for the whole experience.
The body art….now I’ve just got to ask…did it tickle when they were painting you? It must have been a relief when you were given some cover-ups and you didn’t have to go completely naked.
They like their colours on the ladies’ skirts….and to dance too 🙂 And it was so nice to have Anne to interpret the words of the chief as well. Glad it was a great time for you both….and all the guests 🙂
