We are Lisa and Alex, a couple in love, who, on failing to find the answer to the all important question; ‘Where can we get married’, decided to have a wedding ceremony in every country we visit in search of the perfect place to tie the knot!

On an adventure of a lifetime, we are going to drive (and ship) around the globe in our 27 year old camper van ‘Peggy’ exchanging vows in the most unusual and unique wedding locations we can find.

Not wanting to drag a ‘White wedding’ around the World, we decided to try our hardest to embrace the culture and local traditions of each place we visit.

We want to experience the difference in every ceremony and find out what it is that makes the bringing of two people together, such a worldwide tradition, and of course let YOU know!

At the end of the trip we will pick our favorite place and go back to officially tie the knot, inviting everyone we have met along the way.

Join us on a journey around the world and together we can help you find YOUR perfect wedding location too!

We love all feedback and would love to hear yours!

Desejo a vocês muita felicidade!

    • Júlia says:

That’s cool! More than 30 weddings? * – * And here I was wanting to marry only once and it’s hard … hahaha. Nowadays people think 19 years (my age) a little early an age to marry. I think marriage is something very, very beautiful and dream of the day to get mine! Wishing you much happiness!

      • Lisa & Alex says:

Thank you Julia! We wish you all the best with arranging your Wedding. Maybe people think that 19 is to young to marry but it is up to you! It is your life to live and you should follow your heart. xx

Your website/blog has recently been shared with me by a member of your family and I think it is truly wonderful!!!! I went all gooey when I read the introduction and how it all started. I am so enjoying reading through all your experiences but saddened by some of the negative comments you have received, which you respond to sensitively and with true consideration for that person (even if they don’t deserve it). I will continue to catch up with your adventures, totally enjoying the experience vicariously. Sending love <3

    • Lisa & Alex says:

Thanks for you kind words Ginny, we do our best and take our time replying to negative comments. It is important to us. Also we are just about to launch our new site.. which will still be at this website address. Once it is live let us know what you think! Great to have you along for the ride! :-) xx
